This online training auxiliary track for gymnastics comes with two levels so that you can continue working towards your goals at your ability.
Beginner level concentrates on increasing upper body strength, low level kipping, and body position so that you can work your way towards achieving more advanced movements you might not have yet.
Advanced level develops the skills you already have. For example, if you have one or two reps of high level gymnastics, this program will take you from where you're at to performing multiple reps.
It's perfectly designed to be added in as a "cherry on top" of your normal programming in order to help you fast-track your gymnastic development. Keep in mind, WPxGymnastics is a program meant to build your gymnastic strength and capacity and improve the skills you already have over time.
