CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 Announced (All Workouts Included!)

Welcome, all. We are officially into the second week of the 2021 CrossFit Open. After last week’s absolute burner of a workout, we’re hoping you’re prepped and recovered for CrossFit Open Workout 21.2.

Compared to last week, CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 is going to be quite the change-up. We have all of the details and workouts below to help guide you through Open Workout 21.2. As always, make sure you check out our CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 tips article to truly attack this week’s workout.

CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 (Rx’D)

For those tackling Open Workout 21.2 in the Rx’D division, you workout details can be seen below. As always, make sure you check out the CrossFit Games website for the movement standards.

  • 10 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 20 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 30 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 40 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 50 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs

Loading: Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 (Scaled)

For our scaled friends, all of the Scaled Open Workout 21.2 details can be seen below.

  • 10 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 20 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 30 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 40 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs
  • 50 dumbbell snatches
  • 15 burpee box jump-overs

Loading: Men use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box (step-ups permitted)
Women use 20-lb. dumbbell, 20-in. box (step-ups permitted)

Time cap: 20 minutes

CrossFit Open Workout 21.2 (Foundations)

  • 10 alternating snatches
  • 15 burpees
  • 20 alternating snatches
  • 15 burpees
  • 30 alternating snatches
  • 15 burpees
  • 40 alternating snatches
  • 15 burpees
  • 50 alternating snatches
  • 15 burpees

Loading: Use a 10-lb. dumbbell or household item for the snatch. To modify the burpee, omit the push-up portion or elevate the hands during the push-up.

Time cap: 20 minutes
