WHY DOES IT FEEL LIKE YOU’RE ALWAYS SORE, TIRED,
OR ONE REP AWAY FROM INJURY?

You’re not lazy: your recovery habits just aren’t keeping up with how hard you train.

RECOVERY FEELS OVERWHELMING, SO YOU SKIP THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF

Nutrition, mobility, sleep, hydration, supplements… it’s hard to know what matters most. Without a plan, you end up scattered and still exhausted.

ACHES, PAINS, AND FATIGUE DON’T FIX THEMSELVES

Ignoring tight shoulders, cranky hips, or nagging back pain just steals more training days and kills confidence before big lifts or WODs.

YOU CAN’T IMPROVE WHAT YOU DON’T MEASURE

Basing recovery only on how you “feel” is unreliable. You push when you shouldn’t or hold back when you’re ready to go.

IT’S TIME TO STOP FEELING BEAT UP, AND START FEELING READY FOR EVERY WOD.

First, you need to understand something:

You don’t need to train less or back off your goals.

You need to recover smarter, so you can train harder and still feel good enough to crush the next day’s workout.

That’s exactly what Recovery Rx’d delivers:

  • A step-by-step Recovery Pyramid that prioritizes what matters most so you never feel overwhelmed.
  • Tools to create your personal sleep oasis for deeper, higher-quality rest.
  • HRV-guided recovery tracking so you always know if your body is ready to push or needs to rest.
  • Easy-to-follow lessons and drills built specifically for CrossFit® athletes who want better energy, mobility, and longevity.

IMAGINE THIS…

It’s the final workout of the Open.
You’re rested. Sharp. Moving better than ever.
You crush the workout, celebrate with friends, and still have energy left for the rest of your day.

That’s the power of proper recovery, and that’s what you’ll experience inside Recovery Rx’d.

Good news, you don’t have to guess anymore. WODprep is proud to introduce Recovery Rx’d,  the only recovery-focused program built to help functional-fitness athletes feel better, lift better, and score higher while staying pain-free.

Best of all: Recovery Rx’d is included inside WODprep Academy, along with the full course library, online programming, and coaching support.

Meet your instructor,

Ben Dziwulski

Over the last several years I’ve been a box owner, trainer, regional-level athlete, and perhaps my favorite – a full time online coach.

My coaching tactics have been featured in BOXROX, Tabata Times, WodNews, RX Magazine, The WOD Life, and WOD Nation to name a few. As you’ll find out, I like to teach in a crystal-clear, easy-to-understand way. Most importantly, I like RESULTS.

So if you’re trying to finally “Rx” this difficult movement, I’ve got you covered!

So far, hundreds of athletes have made DRASTIC improvements using this exact training system.

Not sure if this is right for you? Check out the FAQ’s. You make the call.

And make sure you read about my unconditional money back guarantee. I want you to join the Rx division without any hesitations, and I’m willing to put everything on the line to make sure you are successful!

Thousands of athletes trust WODprep. The results speak for themselves!

18.1 – 282 reps – all TTB unbroken (last year I had to break up 4-4). Never would have done that last year! Thank you WODprep coaches and TTB Transformed!

Justin / Verified Customer

I just wrapped up the course last week. Within the last 2 weeks, things have really clicked when it comes to stringing my TTB together. The biggest thing for me has been lat engagement – that really helped me to stay consistent throughout workout

Angelo / Verified Customer

I just wanted to say – we had strict toes to bar in the workout today and I did 8 unbroken, 24 total! I couldn’t even do one of these 2 weeks ago!

Kim / Verified Customer

Love your Open Prep videos. I am a Master’s Male Rx athlete in the 40-44 age group. This is my 5th year competing in the Open.
I have been following your tips for the last 2 years.

David / Verified Customer

Good day today! We did Annie for part of our WOD, and it was the first time I was able to do it Rx. Got all of the DU’s unbroken!

Bill / Verified Customer

After all the advice and tips earlier in the week from WODprep,
I was able to complete 17.2 with 12 BMU’s! Thank you!

Jay / Verified Customer

Our guarantee to you!

Our guarantee to you! If you don’t LOVE this training program,
I insist that you get 100% of your money back.

Let me tell you why … I invite you to use WODprep Academy for a few weeks and measure your progress (which we’ll do inside the program). All I ask is that you watch the results. I’m confident you’ll be impressed.

I built these courses over YEARS; pulling from both the self-learning AND coaching aspects of bar muscle ups. Using things that I’ve taught myself, and things that I’ve used to teach hundreds of athletes just like you.

I’ve thrown out all the things that didn’t work, which leaves everything that actually works, and THAT is what’ you’ll find on the inside of WODprep Academy. These courses aren’t just about becoming an RX athlete, it’s about knocking down the biggest obstacle that stands in your way on the road to becoming a better athlete.

It’s about simple coaching, my life’s work. And if I can help you permanently join the Rx division…or compete…or help you beat a few of your workout buddies in the next WOD…I consider it a job well done.

So here’s my simple offer: If you don’t LOVE this training program, I insist that you get 100% of your money back. It’s simple: Join the program and see for yourself.

Got Questions? We've Got You

How do I start Recovery Rx'd?
You’ll gain access to the course, by purchasing WODprep Academy directly on the WODprep website using our secure payment platform. You’ll receive WODprep Academy as long as you’re a member and have access to the video library, rehab protocols, daily programming, educational courses plus WODprep coaching via our online training platform.
It is a comprehensive educational course designed to help you optimize your recovery using data and lifestyle habits. It specifically focuses on leveraging wearable tech (like Whoop, Oura, or Apple Watch) to make informed training decisions
It is highly recommended. While you can follow the lifestyle principles without one, the course is built around interpreting data from devices like Whoop, Garmin, or Oura Ring to personalize your recovery.
Yes. The course is fully mobile-friendly, allowing you to watch the lessons and access your tracking sheets from your phone while you are on the go.
Setup is instant. You receive your login details via email immediately after purchase. The first module guides you through setting up your device and establishing your baseline metrics.
Yes. We guide you through the “Why” behind recovery metrics like HRV (Heart Rate Variability) and RHR (Resting Heart Rate) so you understand what you are looking at.
The course is a complete system, but your lifetime access includes any future updates we make as recovery science and wearable technology evolve.
Yes. This course is entirely lifestyle-based. The “work” happens in your bedroom (sleep), kitchen (nutrition), and daily routine, not necessarily in the gym.
You will likely want to download the WODprep Tracking Spreadsheet (provided in the course) to log your weekly metrics, along with the app for your specific wearable device.
Yes. We introduce the core concepts of “Timing, Light, and Cycles” immediately to help you start making changes from Day 1.
Who is Recovery Rx'd designed for?
It is for athletes who train hard but feel constantly smashed, tired, or stuck on a plateau. If you love data and want to know exactly how hard you should push today based on your body’s readiness, this is for you.
Absolutely. In fact, it is designed to support your training. It doesn’t add workout volume; it adds recovery protocols so you can perform better in your existing program.
Yes. The concepts are explained simply. You don’t need a PhD in physiology to understand our breakdown of sleep cycles and circadian rhythms.
Whether you are trying to build muscle, lose fat, or compete, recovery is the bottleneck. By optimizing your sleep and stress management, you accelerate progress toward any physical goal.
“Just sleeping more” is vague. We teach you how to improve sleep quality using protocols like morning light exposure, temperature control, and bedtime alarms. We focus on quality and efficiency, not just duration.
Yes. We have specific modules and tips for managing circadian rhythm disruption, which is incredibly valuable for nurses, first responders, and shift workers.
Yes. Recovery is when tissue repair happens. Optimizing your systemic recovery can speed up the healing process for local injuries.
This is a one-time purchase educational course, so you own it forever. You don’t need to “switch” out of it; you just apply the knowledge for the rest of your life.
We present a buffet of options (light therapy, contrast showers, breathing). You can test them and stick with the ones that move the needle for your specific physiology.
We do not offer a free trial, but we back the course with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
How often should I engage with the course?
The course is self-paced. We recommend watching one module per week and implementing the “Weekly Challenge” (e.g., setting a bedtime alarm or getting morning light) to build habits slowly.
Most athletes see an increase in their HRV and a decrease in Resting Heart Rate within 3-4 weeks. Subjectively, you will feel more energized and less “wrecked” after workouts.
Yes. You can ask questions in the course comments or community group if you are unsure what your Whoop or Garmin numbers are telling you.
We provide a specific WODprep Tracking Spreadsheet where you log your weekly metrics. Seeing the trends over time is where the magic happens.
Yes. We use video lessons to explain complex topics like “Sleep Cycles” and “Autonomic Nervous System” balance in simple, actionable terms.
While it is a self-paced course, our team monitors the comments to answer questions about specific recovery struggles.
Indirectly, yes. You can’t train hard enough to reach Rx if you are under-recovered. Increasing your capacity to recover allows you to handle higher training volumes.
Don’t stress. Recovery is a long game. Just pick up the habits again. The goal is lifestyle change, not perfection.
Yes. We base our recommendations on current research regarding circadian biology, sleep hygiene, and stress physiology.
Yes. You can connect with other data-driven athletes in the WODprep community to compare scores and strategies.
What’s the cost of Recovery Rx'd?
Individual courses are found inside WODprep Academy, which starts at $59 per month!
No. It is a one-time payment. You pay once and own the content forever.
Yes. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you implement the protocols and don’t see improvements in your recovery metrics, we refund you. How do I cancel? There is no subscription to cancel.
It is frequently bundled with our training programs or included in the WODprep Academy membership for a significant discount.
No need. You have lifetime access, so the content is always there whenever you need a refresher.
You get the full video course, the tracking spreadsheet, weekly challenges, and guides on interpreting wearable data.
N/A. This is a standalone education course.
Yes. You can earn commissions by referring friends via our Ambassador program.
N/A for one-time purchases.

How to increase HRV (Heart Rate Variability)?
HRV is a key marker of recovery. Recovery Rx’d teaches you how to boost it using parasympathetic breathing, consistent sleep wake/times, and proper hydration strategies.
We discuss the pros and cons of different devices. Generally, Whoop is great for strain/workout tracking, while Oura is excellent for sleep specificity. The course works with either.
We explain the difference between Deep (SWS) and REM sleep. The course gives you protocols—like avoiding alcohol and cooling your room—to specifically target and increase deep sleep duration.
Yes. Artificial light at night suppresses melatonin. We teach you how to use blue-light blocking strategies and “digital sunsets” (no electronics 30 mins before bed) to fall asleep faster.
Active recovery moves blood without stressing the system. We provide guidelines for Zone 1 movement flows that help flush metabolic waste and switch your brain into “rest and digest” mode.
It could be “sleep inertia” or poor sleep quality. We troubleshoot common issues like caffeine timing, alcohol consumption, and room environment to help you wake up refreshed.
We teach you how to listen to your body and the data. Sometimes you should rest, but sometimes you can modify the intensity. We give you a decision matrix for “Red Days.”
Alcohol destroys REM sleep and HRV. We show you the data on exactly how it impacts your recovery so you can make informed choices about when to drink.
Morning light exposure is king. We challenge you to get outside within 30 minutes of waking to set your circadian clock, which improves energy all day and sleep at night.
They can. We discuss contrast therapy (hot/cold) and when to use it. For example, cold is great for nervous system reset but can blunt hypertrophy if done immediately post-lift. We teach you the timing.
