Our training week does not align with what you might be used to in a traditional CF training week with Thursday and Sunday as rest days - this is because we want to really prioritize 4 days of quality intensity and intent in our training with one day that carries less priority.
In our experience our athletes log least frequently on Saturdays so we’ve shifted our programming to mirror that trend. If you need to miss a day this makes it an easy decision to skip Saturday training and still get a full high-quality program in 4 days. If you train 5 days a week you have the choice of adapting to the new rest days or simply shifting your week to align with Thursday/Sunday rest days - you can do this by adjusting our Saturday to Wednesday instead.

The WP Classic is designed for busy people who still want to get the most fun and effective WODs. Our workouts can be done at home or in your gym in less than an hour.
Every workout includes options to scale down high-skilled movements while keeping the same stimulus. Additional options include swapping equipment in and out if you're unable to complete a specific movement that day.
The WP Classic program is perfect for the athlete that wants to get training in and overcome plateaus but doesn't want to live in the gym.
This is totally suitable for all abilities and ages.
The programming is developed by expert coaches who have managed gyms and helped numerous athletes compete at the Games, collaborating with Physical Therapists who treat athletes.
You’ll work on gymnastic skills, strength development, Olympic lifting technique, energy system training, hypertrophy movements, and auxiliary exercises to focus on longevity.
And the program produces great RESULTS.
… And we include easy video explanations of every movement. No more confusion. You will always have clarity that you’re doing exactly the right thing.
The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box. Typically, the workouts will require less specialist equipment and focus more on being flexible on being able to complete the program with as little equipment as possible.
We would recommend buying a small amount of equipment such as wall balls and dumbbells at the Open weights for the home workouts.

Resident Physical Therapist who answers all pain-related questions. Dr DePalma owns his own Clinic “The Movement Dr”, and is a WODprep Coach, L-1 Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and USAW-L1 Trainer.
CJ enjoys nerdy things such as: Reading Research Articles on Pain Neuroscience and Best Practices relating to pain, learning how
to be an effective programmer/coach for injured and non-injured athletes, and engaging in social media discussions on injury/pain (guilty pleasure). He is supported by his beautiful wife, Paryn, who makes sure CrossFit and Rehab/Fitness are not the only thing he does.
Savannah is a CF-L1, spin instructor and the WODprep Customer Happiness Specialist, residing with her dog Hawkeye in WhiteFish, Montana.
She takes care of customer needs over both email and Facebook - so if you have any questions or concerns, she’ll be there to help.
Orlando (Lando) is a 1 on 1 Coach for WodPrep.
He is a former regional team competitor and gym owner. He is full time into remote coaching. He lives in Washington State, with his wife and two kids
One of WODprep's Physical Therapists and 1 on 1 coaches, Joe enjoys helping clients build resilience regarding pain and injury as well as helping them move towards progression in all aspects of fitness.
Joe enjoys the sport of powerlifting and reading about pain, cognitive science and rehabilitation as a way to better help his lifters and his community education skills.
Kaley (DPT, CF-L2) is one of WODprep’s physical therapists and a 1 on 1 coach. Kaley is a former regional team competitor, former college softball player, and a U.S. Army veteran.
She resides in Pensacola, FL with her wife and two dogs. When she isn’t in the gym, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and playing any recreational sport she can find.
