The WP Classic is designed for busy people who still want to get the most fun and effective WODs. Our workouts can be done at home or in your gym in less than an hour.
Every workout includes options to scale down high-skilled movements while keeping the same stimulus. Additional options include swapping equipment in and out if you're unable to complete a specific movement that day.
The WP Classic program is perfect for the CrossFit athlete that wants to get training in and overcome plateaus but doesn't want to live in the gym.
This is totally suitable for all abilities and ages.

The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box. Typically, the workouts will require less specialist equipment and focus more on being flexible on being able to complete the program with as little equipment as possible.
We would recommend buying a small amount of equipment such as wall balls and dumbells at the Open weights for the home workouts.
