WP Compete online training is designed for the top 10% of athletes looking to perform at the highest level. The program is tougher than most CrossFit programming and requires dedication when joining.
Following this program guarantees you will build strength and increase your gymnastics capacity and aerobic conditioning.
This program isn't for the faint-hearted, and we would only recommend joining if you're serious about putting in the hard work to achieve your goals.
The training is 100% focused on helping you to win competitions, and the 12 months cycles are planned around the CrossFit competition season. The aim is for you to peak at the main times of the year, such as the Open.
The programming is developed by expert coaches who have managed gyms and helped numerous athletes compete at the Games, collaborating with Physical Therapists who treat athletes.
You’ll work on gymnastic skills, strength development, Olympic lifting technique, energy system training, hypertrophy movements, and auxiliary exercises to focus on longevity.
