The Compete track is perfect for the athlete who is regularly competing in competitions and aspiring to do well in Quarterfinals and beyond.

This is the 60 minute max program to make training fit your schedule.

WP MASTER RX
This is our most popular and flagship track. Our Masters Rx track focuses on getting you to the Age Group Quarterfinals without constantly feeling beat up!

WP MASTERS INTERMEDIATE
This track is aimed at the Masters athlete who usually has to modify heavy, high skill gymnastics workouts currently, but who wants to level up into the Rx division.

WPx WEIGHTLIFTING

WODprep's online training is written by head coach Dr. CJ De Palma, who is trained in physiotherapy and has years of experience training CrossFit. So much so, many athletes have gone onto compete at the CrossFit Games.
