WP MASTER RX

This is our most popular and flagship track. Our Masters Rx track focuses on getting you to the Age Group Quarterfinals without constantly feeling beat up!

WP MASTERS INTERMEDIATE

This track is aimed at the Masters athlete who usually has to modify heavy, high skill gymnastics workouts currently, but who wants to level up into the Rx division.

The Compete track is perfect for the athlete who is regularly competing in competitions and aspiring to do well in Quarterfinals and beyond.

We have an online training program that will suit your training style, experience and goals. When you sign up, you’ll have the option to follow Compete, Masters Rx, Masters Intermediate or Classic. 

Our CrossFit daily programming is designed around competition season, typically peaking at the Open/Quarterfinals. 

WODprep's online training is written by Head Coach Dr. CJ De Palma, who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has years of experience coaching CrossFit. Several of CJ’s 1-on-1 athletes have even made it to the CrossFit Games. 

Coach CJ understands that one size does not fit all - and that is why we created various tracks to choose from, meaning that our programs truly are designed with you in mind. They are also data-driven. We use information from our athletes to improve and adapt.

We analyze people in the program (aka… YOU!), review the results, and update the program based on what members need. It’s constantly evolving.

We use a progressive system (so you can improve, no matter your current ability levels).

In each track, we break the season up into phases, which allows us to work on different focuses each phase - building from the ground up and peaking for the Open.
