WP Fit is designed for busy people who want fun, effective, sweat-filled workouts without complex skills. Our workouts can be done at home or in your gym in less than an hour.
Every workout uses simple, low-skill movements and includes clear options to adjust weights, reps, or intensity while keeping the same stimulus. Additional options include swapping equipment in and out if you’re unable to complete a specific movement that day.
The WP Fit program is perfect for the athlete that wants to get training in and overcome plateaus but doesn’t want to live in the gym, or learn complicated skills.
This is totally suitable for all abilities and ages.
The programming is developed by expert coaches who have managed gyms and helped numerous athletes compete at the Games, collaborating with Physical Therapists who treat athletes.
You’ll work on simple conditioning, basic functional movements, energy system training, hypertrophy movements, and auxiliary exercises to focus on longevity.
And the program produces great RESULTS.
… And we include easy video explanations of every movement. No more confusion. You will always have clarity that you’re doing exactly the right thing.
The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box. Typically, the workouts will require less specialist equipment and focus more on being flexible and easy to complete with as little equipment as possible.
We would recommend buying a small amount of equipment such as wall balls and dumbbells at the Open weights for the home workouts.

18.1 – 282 reps – all TTB unbroken (last year I had to break up 4-4). Never would have done that last year! Thank you WODprep coaches and TTB Transformed!

I just wrapped up the course last week. Within the last 2 weeks, things have really clicked when it comes to stringing my TTB together. The biggest thing for me has been lat engagement – that really helped me to stay consistent throughout workout

I just wanted to say – we had strict toes to bar in the workout today and I did 8 unbroken, 24 total! I couldn’t even do one of these 2 weeks ago!

Love your Open Prep videos. I am a Master’s Male Rx athlete in the 40-44 age group. This is my 5th year competing in the Open. I have been following your tips for the last 2 years.

Good day today! We did Annie for part of our WOD, and it was the first time I was able to do it Rx. Got all of the DU’s unbroken!
