WODprep's online gymnastics program is for anyone who wants to improve their gymnastics, and ultimately increase their performance.
This online training auxiliary track for gymnastics comes with two levels so that you can continue working towards your goals at your ability.
Beginner level concentrates on increasing upper body strength, low level kipping, and body position so that you can work your way towards achieving more advanced movements you might not have yet.
Advanced level looks to develop the skills you already have. For example, if you have one or two reps of high level gymnastics, this program will take you from where you're at to performing multiple reps.
We wouldn't recommend this program to athletes already on a training program that's over 120 minute duration.
Additionally, this is not a “singular skill development” track. It is a track to build the volume and proficiency of a skill you have. For specific skill development, look to our skill courses page.
