WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?
Our training week does not align with what you might be used to in a traditional CF training week with Thursday and Sunday as rest days - this is because we want to really prioritize 4 days of quality intensity and intent in our training with one day that carries less priority.
In our experience our athletes log least frequently on Saturdays so we’ve shifted our programming to mirror that trend. If you need to miss a day this makes it an easy decision to skip Saturday training and still get a full high-quality program in 4 days. If you train 5 days a week you have the choice of adapting to the new rest days or simply shifting your week to align with Thursday/Sunday rest days - you can do this by adjusting our Saturday to Wednesday instead.

This is our development track for ALL ATHLETES of ANY AGE. This track is designed for developing athletes to help them achieve the requisite strength and skills to work towards becoming an Rx athlete.
Even if you are younger than 35 - if you are still building gymnastics skills (Pull-Up, C2B, TTB, kipping HSPU) then this is the track for you!
No more beating yourself up trying to Rx a workout that will only allow you to move slowly and over-reach.
You’ll spend time practicing skills to improve them, instead of just doing random workouts when you’re already tired.

WODprep's Online Training is based on the athletes following it - how does that work?
We analyze people in the program (aka… YOU!), review the results, and update the program based on what members need. It’s constantly evolving.
We use a progressive system (so you can improve, no matter your current ability levels).
In each track, we break the season up into phases, which allows us to work on different focuses each phase - building from the ground up and peaking for the Open.
