As we get older, the type of training our body needs changes. WP Master Rx's is the best daily programming for masters athletes looking to be competitive and make it to the Semifinals.
5 DAYS A WEEK PROGRAMMING
We ensure you’re hitting your goals through structured programming. The program is designed for you to have longevity in the sport.
90 MINUTES DURATION (or less)
We understand that you might not be able to hit 90 minutes every time, so shorter, scaled options are also visible. We always want to support you on how you can adjust the WODs.
VIDEO DEMO MOVEMENTS
You will always know how to do your programming from our video tutorials, and give you the confidence to know you’re doing it right.
IDEAL FOR OVER 35
This track is for Masters Athletes who have ALL SKILLS and are in the top 5-7% of their age group.
DAILY COACHING CHALK TALK
We know that you train hard, but what if you could train smart? By giving you the extra cues on how to attack your training, you are guaranteed to get more out of it.
WORLD ATHLETE LEADERBOARD
Join the fun as you compete against hundreds of athletes around the world. See where you can improve and where you dominate the field.
Our training week does not align with what you might be used to in a traditional CF training week with Thursday and Sunday as rest days - this is because we want to really prioritize 4 days of quality intensity and intent in our training with one day that carries less priority.
In our experience our athletes log least frequently on Saturdays so we’ve shifted our programming to mirror that trend. If you need to miss a day this makes it an easy decision to skip Saturday training and still get a full high-quality program in 4 days. If you train 5 days a week you have the choice of adapting to the new rest days or simply shifting your week to align with Thursday/Sunday rest days - you can do this by adjusting our Saturday to Wednesday instead.

GYM REQUIREMENTS
WODprep Masters Rx is a membership that provides you with daily programming that is literally made for people over 35.
You can crush your PRs, improve your performance, and feel confident.
… And all while doing it SAFELY.
You can perform the prescribed workout Rx without needing to scale, because our stimulus-driven program takes into account your current abilities and designs the workout around you.
No more beating yourself up trying to Rx a workout that will only allow you to move slowly and over-reach.
You’ll spend time practicing skills to improve them, instead of just doing random workouts when you’re already tired.
That means you’ll get better with the barbell, improve your gymnastics, and see your conditioning get optimized.
You'll get better Open scores (and/or AGOQ scores if you are competing).
You’ll learn to perform the hardest movements in a way that your body and mind understand.
You’ll unleash your potential to become the best version of yourself and obtain life changing gains.
We’ve helped 1000s of Masters achieve real results in their home gym or at the Games and become top tier athletes. (But don’t take our word for it, see their stories below.)
The programming is developed by expert coaches who have managed gyms and helped numerous athletes compete at the Games, in collaboration with Physical Therapists who treat athletes.
Our programmers truly understand the needs of Master’s athletes.
(Translation: We have the smartest programmers on the planet working on this.)
This is an unbeatable combination that produces a world-class CrossFit program.
You’ll work on gymnastic skill, strength development, olympic lifting technique, energy system training, hypertrophy movements, and auxiliary exercises to focus on longevity.
And the program produces great RESULTS.
Every week, you’ll receive 5 days a week of programming straight to the Wod Up app and it takes between 90 minutes (or less) to complete.
… And we include easy video explanations of every movement. No more confusion. You will always have clarity that you’re doing exactly the right thing.
The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box.
