WHO IS THIS PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?

WPx Mobility is for athletes who want to move better in CrossFit® without wasting time on random stretching, foam rolling, or guessing what to do before class. This online accessory track is designed to help you improve the positions CrossFit® demands most: squats, front rack, overhead movements, hinging, lunging, gymnastics, and bodyweight control.

Instead of just hanging out in long static stretches, WPx Mobility focuses on active movement, stability, positional strength, and controlled range of motion. That lines up with WODprep’s mobility education: mobility is about your ability to achieve the positions your sport demands, not just being flexible for the sake of being flexible.

Beginner athletes can use this track to build better movement habits, improve confidence before class, and learn how to scale mobility work properly.

More experienced athletes can use WPx Mobility to clean up limiting positions, improve efficiency, and support bigger goals like better overhead squats, front squats, snatches, handstand work, pistols, and gymnastics skills.

We wouldn’t recommend this program to athletes who are already following a very high-volume training plan that leaves no room for accessory work or recovery.
Additionally, this is not an injury rehab program. If you’re dealing with pain, injury, or something that needs individual assessment, check out WODprep’s rehab coaching or 1-on-1 coaching options.

WPx Mobility is the accessory program that helps you move better outside of class with one clear focus: improving the positions that limit your CrossFit® performance.

This is the best way to approach mobility because it removes the pressure to “go hard” or “get the best score.” Instead, you can focus on better positions, better control, and better movement quality without needing to race the clock.

Every week, you’ll receive 7 days of programming straight to the Circle app, and each session takes around 15-20 minutes to complete. WPx Mobility is a four-day rotation; upper day, total body day, lower day, total body day.

It’s purposely designed to be added onto your current training plan. That way you can support your regular workouts without beating yourself up with more volume just for the sake of it.

The goal is not to make you stretch forever.
The goal is to help you move better in the positions you actually need for CrossFit®.

Inside the app, you’ll also have access to the WODprep community, where you can ask questions, share progress, and stay consistent with athletes working toward similar goals.

The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box or a at home:

  • Bands
  • Foam roller
  • Floor space
  • Wall
  • Light dumbbell, KB
  • PVC pipe

18.1 – 282 reps – all TTB unbroken (last year I had to break up 4-4). Never would have done that last year! Thank you WODprep coaches and TTB Transformed!

Justin / Verified Customer

I just wrapped up the course last week. Within the last 2 weeks, things have really clicked when it comes to stringing my TTB together. The biggest thing for me has been lat engagement – that really helped me to stay consistent throughout workout

Angelo / Verified Customer

I just wanted to say – we had strict toes to bar in the workout today and I did 8 unbroken, 24 total! I couldn’t even do one of these 2 weeks ago!

The best way is to practice the positions CrossFit® actually demands. WPx Mobility helps you improve your squat, overhead, front rack, hinge, and gymnastics positions through active, structured work.
Not usually. Stretching can help you feel better short term, but WODprep’s mobility education emphasizes that athletes should prioritize active and resistive approaches that carry over to training.
You can if you enjoy it, but you don’t need to rely on it. WODprep’s recovery content explains that passive modalities like foam rolling, massage, and recovery tools can be helpful if they make you feel better, but they should be treated as extras, not the foundation.
A limited front rack can come from several places, including shoulder flexion, external rotation, upper-back position, and how comfortable you are actually holding the front rack. WPx Mobility works on these pieces with drills that look and feel like the positions you need.
Start by practicing overhead positions, improving shoulder control, and building comfort in the squat. WPx Mobility uses active drills and scaled movement practice to help you own the overhead position.
Sometimes what feels like a mobility problem is actually a stability problem. WODprep’s shoulder mobility education explains that athletes often need better control and reactive stability, especially in overhead positions.
Mobility work can help some athletes move better and feel more prepared, but pain is individual. If you’re dealing with pain or injury, it’s best to work with a coach, physical therapist, or WODprep’s rehab coaching team.
The biggest mistake is thinking more stretching automatically means better performance. WPx Mobility helps you stop guessing and start building the positions, control, and confidence you need for CrossFit®.
You don’t need to spend an hour stretching. WPx Mobility sessions are designed to take around 20–30 minutes, 4 days per week, so you can stay consistent without overwhelming your schedule.
You can do either, depending on the session and your schedule. Pre-workout mobility should stay dynamic and movement-focused. Post-workout mobility can be slower and more relaxed.
