Pump is your Body Building Accessory program designed to be added to any CrossFit® class program.

Looking to work Chest, Shoulders, Back, and Bi? Look no further. Looking to pump up those quads and Glutes? This is your 3 day week program to get the touches and isolated movements that we miss in traditional class programming.

Along with the traditional hypertrophy benefits you get from isolated work (IE, bigger muscles), a body-building accessory program will help improve how you tolerate your normal CrossFit® patterns.

Adding in bicep and tricep work supports the elbow during use in gymnastics.  Adding in the isolated shoulder and back work will give you the strength to confidently press and support a barbell overhead. 

Along with looking good, you feel good in your movements, a real win-win.

At WODprep we have an awesome support team that are dedicated to helping you to having the best experience.

What do I get?

You get daily accessory programming, 3 times a week. The programming is delivered through the app Wodup. We do all the hard planning for you. We ensure you’re hitting your goals all year round through structured programming.

Can I go more than 1 at a time?

Yes. The only two you should probably not do at the same time are weightlifting and strength. They run parallel in the goals and will overlap, but are entirely separate programs.

What makes WODprep different?

Our coaches and programmers are world-class experts, as well as physiotherapists. Our programming is safe, effective, and fun. You owe it to yourself to give us a try. You won’t regret it.

What if it's too hard?

When you’re working out with WODprep, there’s a track suited to your lifestyle, your ability, your skills and experience.If you do find yourself struggling with your current track and scaling options aren’t working, it’s super easy to switch to a different one.

How do I access the programming?

Once you have signed up, you'll be invited to join WodUp via your email. Follow the instructions to sign in, and in there you'll find all the programming waiting for you.

WODprep's Programming is based on the athletes following it - how does that work?

We analyze people in the program (aka… YOU!), review the results, and update the program based on what members need. It’s constantly evolving. We use a progressive system (so you can improve, no matter your current ability levels).
