Along with the traditional hypertrophy benefits you get from isolated work (IE, bigger muscles), a body-building accessory program will help improve how you tolerate your normal CrossFit® patterns.
Adding in bicep and tricep work supports the elbow during use in gymnastics. Adding in the isolated shoulder and back work will give you the strength to confidently press and support a barbell overhead.
