WODprep's online powerlifting program is for athletes who want to increase their strength. The focus is on traditional powerlifting movements such as squat, deadlifts and bench press plus includes powerlifting accessories.


This 30 - 45 minute supplementary program will help you crush heavier lifts, and overall WIN workouts. You have full control, knowing you will overcome any hurdle stopping you from getting better.

We wouldn't recommend this program to athletes already on a training program that's over 120 minute duration. This track is mainly focused around supporting athletes who wouldn't normally have access to this focus during their current training.
