WODprep's online weightlifting program is for anyone. Literally anyone who want to improve on their lifting, and ultimately increase their performance.

Barbell work can be super tricky, and it can take longer to learn the technical skills. But not to worry, we've all been there - particularly learning snatch, right? This is where we can really help. With every workout, there's a video demonstration of each movement so you can visually see and know exactly what you need to do.

We wouldn't recommend this program to athletes already on a training program that's over 120 minute duration. This track is mainly focused around supporting athletes who wouldn't normally have access to this focus during their current training.
