5 Deadlifts 275lbs/185lbs
10 Burpees (to a target above head)

Focus on touch-and-go deadlifts and quick burpee footwork to get the best time. It’s well worth practicing your burpees beforehand and giving yourself a good hinge warm-up for the deadlifts. There won’t be any time to think when you’re actually doing the workout.
