I apologise if this causes any flashbacks from the 23.3 CrossFit Open workout. I mean well – I PROMISE!
That said, if you hit the final workout and were disappointed, this is the workout for you. The combination of the wall balls and back squats simulates the snatches while the fatigue will hit your arms in the double unders and kipping HSPU.
23.3 was a tough workout, but there were plenty of lessons to be learnt. This is your time to nail some of the movements and capacity holding you back.
