WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
How many lives will you need to survive this taxing grip workout?
No matter where you are in CrossFit, this workout is design to test your gymnastics and DU volume. Grip will be a factor here, so play it smart. Use the transitions to breathe, and break up the TTB early.
The idea of this workout is to push you and see where your limits are at. That being said, this is not a competition. You’re not looking to be redlining at any point, but just to see how far you’ve improved over the past few months.
At the end of the AMRAP, you should feel super fatigued and come away with an idea on how much grip/gymnastic volume you can do.
