It’s the first day back in the office for many of you, and the relief of getting back into the “normal” routine is in full swing. No more chocolate for breakfast – it’s back to the oats and eggs.

So, to ease you in gently, let’s blow off some cobwebs and get the body moving. Take the cardio steady but consistent. It’s all about sweating the Christmas joys out.
