WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (10Â minutes): Our workout today is on the longer end. We wil want to get warm, and even hit a practice round to help dial in our pace.Â
Stimulus:. High Transition and aerobic capacity work   Â
Strategy: The name of the game is to continue moving today. Break the toes to bar if needed to allow for quick-moving sets. Snatches should be unbroken, and think of the push-ups as quick singles. Find a smooth pace out of the gate and try not to fall off of the pace too much throughout the workout.Â
- Toes to Bar– Aim for unbroken sets here, use a long leg pattern until you get tired, then utlize the tuck and scoop.
- Hand Release Push ups- Focus on Keeping a good pushing pattern, and avoid the worm up from the ground.
