Trying to improve your Dubs? Then this workout is for you. Starting with 50 DUs and then descending, this is a great challenge to see if you can hold your form AND go unbroken.
To win this workout, aim for smooth sit ups and quick transitions to the rope while taking extra breaths before getting back to the floor. As a quick tip, when you do get back to the sit ups, count to 3 as you’re taking the extra breathes in, and then go. This will help you not completely stop, thereby wasting precious time.
