Stimulus: Clean Positional work with IntensityÂ
Strategy: Focus on positioning and explosiveness in each part of the clean. Aim to increase weight if possible each round, but prioritize technique. Fast elbows on each rep to build speed and strength through the positions
- 3 Position Clean – Start with a good deadlift to full hip and knee extension. Then go into you dip position at the top of the hip and drive into your power clean. Repeat at the top of the knee and the floor. You can choose to power clean or squat Clean.
