Today’s a big variation on the classic benchmark workout – FRAN! But if you can crush this, then you’ll smash Fran the next time you test it.
Depending on how good your gymnastics capacity is will depend on how you break up the reps. If you feel you’re more advanced, see if you can stay unbroken until the rounds of 12’s. Even then, split the reps into 2 sets. Really push yourself to hold onto the bigger sets.
If those sets scare you, then consider breaking up the chest to bar early and aim for consistency. If reps of 3 is a rep range you can hold throughout the whole of the workout, then let’s do it!
