Shuttle Runs
WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
So, when you’re tackling wall balls, the trick is to put those leg muscles to work for your throw. Picture this: chest up, core nice and strong, and let your hips be the driving force that sends that ball skyward.
And here’s a tip: as the number of reps starts piling up, don’t stress. Break ’em down into chunks that feel doable, taking short breaks in between. Like, if you’re doing 20 wall balls, you could split it into 2 sets of 10.
Now, onto shuttle runs! These are quick sprints. When you’re making those quick turns, that’s your chance to catch a little breather before you hit another lap.
