20 Min AMRAP:
10 Deadlifts, 155/105 lbs
7 Toes-to-Bar
200m run
WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (10 minutes): Some good mornings, kip swings and a light jog will open up hamstrings for deadlifts, activate shoulders for toes-to-bar, and preps legs for air squats.
Stimulus: Steady state aerobic work with posterior chain bias
Strategy: Stay consistent on Deadlifts, keep a controlled rhythm on toes-to-bar, breaking into smaller sets if needed, and use run to as an opportunity to reset for the round. The Run should take no more than 1:30.Â
- Deadlifts– These deadlifts should be a weight that is unbroken every round, and where you can keep a good engaged back position.
- Toes to Bar– Aim for bigger sets here, knowing you can shake your arms out on the run.
