Today’s focus is on the handstand walks so when it comes to the DBs, you want to stay steady. The goal is to keep moving, and stay unbroken for the most part, unless you feel like you’re redlining, then drop down to a more comfortable level (well, not too comfortable!). When you hit the handstand walks (HSW), you want to aim to be hitting them quickly and smoothly.
