There’s nothing like a bit of cardio post-Christmas to work off the turkey and booze! This is going to suck, but you’re going to feel AMAZING once you’ve got it done. Sometimes, the best way to kick-start the routine is by jumping straight into the deep end.

There’s no real strategy today. Take it easy, and don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re not kicking this workout’s butt like you normally would.
