WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

The goal here is to stay UB on the thrusters and then move steady throughout the double unders. Don’t come out too hot – the numbers may be going down, but it won’t make it any easier as you fatigue.

Before starting this workout, make sure you’ve worked out how you’re going to break the reps up at the start and see if you can hold those big sets and keep breathing throughout. If you find yourself holding your breath, you’re making it a thousand times harder! You should be breathing with every rep or every jump.

Thrusters! Love em or hate em, you won’t get far in CrossFit without embracing them!
