What a day to challenge yourself with this nice chipper! For many, this will be tough, but if you break up the reps correctly, you’ll be able to work your way through it.

This chipper will be tiring on the core, you’ll be upside down for the majority of it, and your mind will play tricks on you. Don’t tell your body win – take control and keep focus. You just have to think – ONE MORE REP.
