Min 1: 12-15 Calorie Row
Min 2: 3 Squat Cleans @75%
Min 3: 10-12 Calorie Air Bike
Min 4: 5 Sandbag Cleans @150-100

For many, this will be a tough EMOM. Thankfully, that’s the stimulus. You want to come out of this feeling WORKED. This is a classic CrossFit workout that will really force you to focus on your engine. Otherwise, when you hit the Open, you simply be left behind.
In today’s workout, there really is nowhere to hide. The only place to recover is on the cleans, so focus on pacing it accordingly. When you get back to the row, concentrate on steady breathing and consistent strokes.
