WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

This is a great workout to start the week with as it hits a number of different stimuli. However, depending on your weaknesses, there are a couple of ways you can attack this workout.

To stay consistent, break the WB and TTB in round 1 and hit the same set numbers in 2/3. This will allow you to have a good consistent time from round to round.

Depending on whether you need to improve your cardio or gymnastic volume will dictate how hard you take the run. If running isn’t your strong suit, take it easier than you would typically, and aim for consistency throughout each round. If running IS your game, then let’s see how hard you can push it whilst hitting consistent sets on the gymnastic. You don’t want to run so fast that you lose out on the quality of the WB & TTB.

Ultimately, whatever area of the workout you want to promote, remember that quality is always the best strategy in training.
