WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (10 minutes): With Rowing, swings, and toes to bar, the shoulders and forarms will be tested today. Use some bar hangs, arm circles, and banded lat pull downs to get the upper body ready. Some banded good mornigs will be helpful to for the hinging we have.Â
Stimulus: Progressive gymnastic density Â
Strategy: Aim to complete clean & jerks in manageable sets—possibly 5s or 3s depending on capacity. Start strong with toes-to-bar and manage grip. Focus on solid mechanics and controlled rest intervals between efforts. Really focus on keeping arms long to prevent forearm fatigue.

- Toes to Bar– Aim for smart sets here, and breaking at the right time as you get to those larger rounds if needed.Â
- Clean and Jerks- focus on long arms and drive the bar overhead. Make sure to lock out the knees before the bar comes down.
