WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Warm-up (10 minutes): The Majority of the work today should be on the run, so hit a good running warmup that uses calf raises, some crawls, and some leg swings. Hit some good mornings to warm up the back of the legs for the swings and box jumps.

Stimulus: Run mix

Strategy: Don’t come out too aggressive on the run. Pick a pace that will allow you to quickly move onto the KBs. Those should be unbroken, the box jumps and situps should be a place to get your breath back.

  • KB Swing- Keep Chest high, and drive hips back as the kettlebell comes down.

  • GHD Situps – Remember to breathe, and squeeze your legs hard to initiate rise as opposed to lifting through your back.
