Ready to get your cardio on? 20 minutes is a long time, and it’s all too easy to get gassed out if you come out of the gates too quickly. There’s no “break” in this workout, so your engine is going to be worked, and your ability to consistently breathe throughout will be truly tested.

On the bar-facing burpees, look to go unbroken or break them up into 2 or 3 sets so that you can keep moving. Last thing you want is to be putting your hands on your knees, trying to catch your breath.
