Oh boy, do we have a super filthy workout for you! Looks simple enough, but I bet you’ll be making sweat angels by the end. The goal is to find a rep scheme for your TTB, which you think you can hold for all 4 rounds. Today’s workout is focused on gaining more volume on your toes to bar, whilst maintaining your technique. So, when it comes to the box jump overs, the aim is not to hit full send but rather to pace them and keep them efficient and quick. Find a pace that allows you to get right to the bar each round.
