WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

This workout is a large monster that you need to get aggressive with. There’s no hiding from it, to win this workout you need to chip away at the reps and practice your mental strength.

60 box jump overs and 40 ttbs are big volume sets and will fatigue. Before starting, work out a rep range that you can be consistent with and hold.  The idea is not to be failing at any point throughout the 15 minutes.
