What a day to challenge yourself with this 12 rounds! For many, this will be tough, but if you break up the reps correctly, you’ll be able to work your way through it.
This couplet will be tiring on the core, you’ll be upside down for the majority of it, and your mind will play tricks on you. Don’t tell your body win – take control and keep focus. You just have to think – ONE MORE REP.
If 12 rounds feel like too much, then scale to a minimum of 6 rounds. The focus of today’s workout is to practice strict HSPU under fatigue. Before starting this workout, make sure you set your station up with the latest HSPU Open standard. If you were caught out in the latest Open, then this is the workout for you.
