WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
The rowing might only be 500m and there’s only 10 snatches, but don’t underestimate this workout. This will compound pretty fast.
The trick to this workout, is finding a pace on the rower that you can maintain for all 4 of the rounds. Also, before heading straight first into this workout, plan out how you’re going to attack the snatches. As always, you’re looking to be as smooth and as consistent as possible. If 10 snatches at 60% is no problem, then great! But, if that’s too much, look at ways you can be breaking it up. Go for quick 2, 3, 5 reps if that means you’re more likely to keep going and not stop whilst also maintaining form.
