WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

The open might feel like a distance memory, but this doesn’t stop us visiting variations of 22.1 in preparation for 2023. It might feel like a long way off, but working on “Open Style” workouts now will help you in the future.

Your legs are going to feel pretty fatigued throughout this workout and you’re going to be at the mercy of becoming gassed out. Remember to focus on steady, consistent breathing and you’ll feel a lot better for it.
