WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
A CrossFit classic. With a light barbell and low rep range on the DU, the focus is on the 12 chest-to-bar. You want to hit the CTB unbroken or in two/three sets.
As always, the goal is to stay consistent for your ability. By the end of the workout, it will be very easy to drop to 1 or 2 reps at a time, which is not today’s focus.
If you find yourself stopping, trying to catch your breath, you know you’ve gone out too hard, particularly on the snatches. Measure your pacing on your ability to just keep moving.
