WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Trying to improve your Dubs? Then part A is for you to have a little fun. Crossovers are bound to turn up in the Open at some point and the last thing you want is to be learning them WHILE you’re competing. Get a head start today.

To win part B’s workout, aim for smooth snatch and quick transitions to the chest to bar while taking extra breaths before getting back to the bar.

As a quick tip, when you do get back to the bar, count to 3 as you’re taking the extra breathes in, and then go. This will help you not completely stop, thereby wasting precious time.

The workout is only 8 minutes long. Enough to make you feel gassed but not enough to kill you. Try and push yourself and see how hard you can go without redlinning.
