There’s nothing like starting a weekend with a little bit of running – I hope you’re ready! This is a nice little engine and gymnastic work. The goal is to be able to attack each round with purpose.
On the run, you want to be setting a challenging pace but one where you’re not stopping on the max effort. Before you start this workout, map out the lines for the wall walks. Now is a great time to start focusing on technique for the Open. You don’t want to be caught short on easy no reps.
