WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Today’s workout will feel a little heavy, and that’s not the barbell. If you’ve ever completed Murph, you’ll know the struggle of completely that second run. While this workout isn’t on the same level, be prepared for the memories to be flooding back.

The back squat is designed to fatigue your legs, making part 2 so much harder than you expect. Saying that, now that you know it’s coming, be ready for it. Your legs will feel like dead weight, so push through and see how quickly you can complete it.
