What a day to challenge yourself with this couplet! For many, this will be tough, but if you break up the reps correctly, you’ll be able to work your way through it.

This couplet will be tiring on the arms, especially as the word stipulates deficit. Before starting this workout, find a deficit that you can hold for just under 14 minutes. This should be around 70% of your max. You want to be pushing yourself on the final 2 minutes, and see mentally how mush you can push yourself in a technically challenging workout.
