Brace yourself – cardio is coming. This workout might not look it, but it’s pure engine. None of these movements directly limit the other, which means the intensity will be sky high.

Make sure to keep the run as fast as your can while being able to get close to unbroken. If you know you won’t be able to go unbroken on the barbell and the HSPU, break them up early and keep the run quick.
