Trying to improve your Dubs?

As predicted, Crossovers made an appearance in the quarterfinals, and they caught a lot of athletes out! Now is your chance to practice them in a workout and get comfortable with them.

The combination of GHDs and DB snatch will fatigue your core and grip, so as you move further into the rounds, those crossovers are going to get harder and harder.

Stay focused and break the reps up early to keep your form.
