AMRAP in 20 minutes
500m Row
40 Double Unders
30 Air Squats
20 Sit-Ups
10 Push-Ups

 

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

You’ve got 500 meters to row, so aim to finish it in around 2-3 minutes. Focus on using your legs to drive the power and make efficient arm pulls.

Once you’re done with the rowing, it’s time to grab your jump rope for some double unders. Try to transition quickly and smoothly. If you’re a pro at double unders, go 4 unbroken. If you’re still working on your rhythm, scale it down to manageable chunks.

Moving on to 30 air squats, 20 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. To complete these three movements, aim to maintain good form and transition smoothly. The goal here is to keep moving without stopping for breaks.
