Trying to improve your Dubs? Then this workout is for you. With 50 DUs after each round, this is a great challenge to see if you can hold your form AND go unbroken.

To win this workout, aim for smooth thrusters and quick transitions to the rope while taking extra breaths before getting back to the bar. As a quick tip, when you do get back to the bar, count to 3 as you’re taking the extra breathes in, and then go. This will help you not completely stop, thereby wasting precious time.
