Now that you’ve seen the best of the take on this workout, here’s how you can take on our adapted version of event 4. As we switched out the parallel bars, for a more accessible movement (push-ups), to keep the same stimulus, we’ve added 2 more sets of 9. The aim of this workout is to be pushing through the fatigue on the bodyweight movement, aka this is meant to feel hard.
