This workout is designed to test your ability to work at different speeds. Pacing is king when it comes to CrossFit, so understanding how it should feel for you at different speeds is key.
Make sure you hit the ground running, literally, and make sure that the there’s a difference between each of the stimulus. If it’s sunny outside, make sure you make the most of it, and soak up that vitamin D!
