Min 1: Max Squat Snatch @70% of 1RM
Min 2: Max Kipping Pull Ups
Min 3: Rest
Min 4: Max Squat Clean and Jerk @Same Weight at Snatch
Min 5: Max Wall Walks
Min 6: Rest

WODprep Workout Strategy & Tips

The goal for today’s workout is to pick a number to hit for each movement and hit it all 5 rounds. Since you get to rest every 3rd minute, we want to keep the intensity up a bit more compared to a full 30 minute EMOM with no rest.

This is a great opportunity to start practicing medium to heaviest lifts combined with other movements such as kipping pulls up and wall walks.
